    How much does it cost?

    Every partnership is customized based on your products, goals, and the level of support you need. Engagements can be structured as a flat monthly fee, a percentage of marketplace sales, or a combination of both. Marketplace Management engagements typically start at $1,000 per month.


    Are there any long-term commitments?

    No. We typically begin with a 30 to 60-day onboarding and launch agreement to establish your marketplace operations and ensure a successful transition. After that, partnerships continue on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time.


    How involved does my team need to be?

    We handle the day-to-day marketplace management, but the best partnerships are collaborative. Most clients spend about 30–60 minutes per week with us through regular check-ins, approvals, and strategic discussions, while we manage the ongoing execution. Additional collaboration may be needed during onboarding, major product launches, or other significant initiatives.


    Do you only work with pet brands?

    Our primary focus is premium pet brands, although we selectively partner with other consumer product companies.


    Do you work with both Walmart and Amazon?

    Yes. We help brands launch, grow, and operate across both marketplaces. You can partner with us for just Walmart, just Amazon, or both. 


    How long does onboarding take?

    It can range from 1 week to 2-3 months depending on your brands goals, products, and current marketplace presence. Most partnerships start with a free discovery phase where we create the marketplace plan.


    Do I keep ownership of my marketplace accounts?

    Yes. Under our Marketplace Management model, you retain ownership of your marketplace accounts while SJK manages day-to-day operations.
